The Space
After a complete renovation, The Commercial Hotel is a boutique-style hotel that honors its historic roots while offering thoughtful updates for today’s traveler. The hotel features
12 private bedrooms—each available for individual booking—making it a perfect stay for
solo adventurers,
couples, or group gatherings such as
family reunions and
team-building retreats. Four rooms (101, 102, 103, and 201) include private bathrooms, while the remaining rooms share three full bathrooms upstairs. Two half-baths are located in the shared downstairs lounge.
Daily housekeeping keeps bathrooms and shared areas fresh and tidy, so you can
relax and focus on enjoying your stay. Step outside and you’re just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and a charming wine bar—all wrapped in the rich history of Cotter.
